CrossFit Vengeance
In August 2022, Emily and Brandon Romanos proudly took ownership of Valitus Strength and Fitness and transformed it back to its roots as CrossFit Vengeance. Emily, a member since 2019, immediately fell in love with the vibrant community, while Brandon joined in 2020 and became a coach in 2021. Both are CrossFit L1 Trainers, dedicated to providing an exceptional gym experience. At CrossFit Vengeance, their mission is simple: to inspire the community to move well, be well and feel well through thoughtful programming, expert coaching, and an energetic, welcoming atmosphere that makes every member feel right at home.
At CrossFit Vengeance, we offer a range of programs to meet every fitness goal. Our CrossFit Group Classes are designed to challenge you through varied, high-intensity workouts that build strength, endurance, and community. For those focused on endurance, our Hyrox Endurance Group Classes offer specialized training to prepare you for the ultimate fitness test—combining functional fitness with race-style challenges. We also provide personalized One-on-One Coaching for individuals looking to take their fitness to the next level with tailored attention and guidance. Plus, our Nutrition Coaching helps you fuel your body for optimal performance, offering expert advice and strategies to help you make lasting, healthy changes. Vengeance Endurance Group Class
The Vengeance Endurance Program at CrossFit Vengeance is specifically designed to prepare you for the intense demands of Hyrox events. This program combines functional fitness with endurance training to help you build strength, speed, and stamina for each of the 8 race stations. With a focus on high-intensity interval training and sport-specific conditioning, our coaches guide you through workouts that simulate real race conditions, ensuring you’re ready to tackle Hyrox with confidence and power. One on One Coaching (PT & ID)
